This course starts with a basic introduction of personality. It then goes on to look at theories of personality development, the stages of development
theories, key researchers in personality psychology, and the main influences on personality development. You will also delve into looking at basic
personality traits, including values, beliefs, and nature versus nurture. You will learn about your own personality and how you can use that information in
career choices and to make changes. You will also learn about some personality disorders and how to put all the information together to use it to your
personal or career advantage.

III. COURSE OBJECTIVE


This course is especially helpful for those who are striving to learn more about who they are, which direction their life should take, to learn more
about others around them, or even if they work in human resources and want to learn more about personalities and how it may impact who they hire.
