Dear Sir,

RE: ICT Equipment report and replacement.

Having set up the computer lab today the 16 th Day of May 2023, I hereby make the following
report on the status of the computers and additional requirements. The following items needs to
be added to the lab to make learning smoother and a success;
i. Two faulty mouse identified and additional two is required. (4Pcs)
ii. One PC needs a cmos battery despite it working perfectly. (2PCs)
iii. Stickers for marking the PC since they’ll always be moved in and out and the ICT
Gadgets.
iv. Dedicated ICT Flash disk (Two in number) for learning, file transfer, and Installation of
new programs and software.
v. Whiteboard and marker pen for taking notes and teaching.

Additionally some two of the computers were unable to start up and a repair is needed and to
achieve that the following items are required;
i. DDR 2 RAM (at least 2 GB) for replacing the damaged RAM in one of the PC.
ii. New Operating System installation (Windows 10) in the other PC. The computer has
Windows XP Operating System which is extreme outdated.
The other 11 computers are in perfect condition and operating normally.
