Twenty and Renegade Pictures.

The Job

Whilst employed by Warner Brothers, you will be part of an in house Post Production team that will
work across all group companies providing services and support to all our clients.

As Bookings Assistant you will take a key role within the client management team providing essential
admin support to the Post Supervisor team. You will have an organised mind and approach to
managing tasks, an ability to think strategically around scheduling and an ability to provide friendly
and efficient client service at all times. Your communication skills, both face to face and in written
communication, should be first class.

This is an entry level position, giving an excellent introduction into a busy Post Production facility
which produces some of the best programming currently on television.

This role will suit someone with a keen interest in Post Production, who is looking for an opportunity
to develop a career within this hugely successful sector. As with any Media / Television company, at
times you will work within a very fast paced environment which requires an individual to remain calm
under pressure and prioritise when multiple tasks must be managed simultaneously.

Key Skills & Duties

- Have an ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, including technical staff, production
personnel & Post Supervisors.
- Have the ability to work with Post Supervisors booking work into a scheduling system
- Have the ability to understand rate card & put together accurate billings with the help of Post
Supervisors
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Have an ability to learn the theory of technical processes and workflows
- Ability to work accurately under pressure to tight deadline
- Be personable and be able to work well within a small team
- Manage the forward plan to ensure client’s requirements are accommodated
- Work efficiently and accurately with Post Supervisors to ensure the smooth delivery of
simultaneous, multi episodic long form series
- Book freelance editors and assistants as required
- Liaise with Production Management whilst they are in the facility
- Ensure all work and the relevant paperwork is entered into Farmer’s Wife
- Produce accurate and timely invoices for clients
- Answer & resolve client billing issues if and when they arise
- Schedule upgrades and maintenance
- Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and workflow developments
- Responsible for the organization and maintenance of the onsite library
- Handle LTOs, tapes and digital media coming into and out of the facility
