2) USES OF STATISTICS
“EDUCATION”
1. EDUCATION – Statistical tools are used to get information regarding enrollment,
finance, physical facilities, to describe the scores or grades of the students, etc.

4. GOVERNMENT – many kinds of statistical data are collected all the time. An
example of this is conducting a survey to identify the qualified families for 4Ps
(Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program).
3) IMPORTANCE OF STATISTICS
- The Importance of statistics in the life of humans is it helps to gather
information, provides an easy way to depict tabular, graphical, and
diagrammatic representations of data, and plays a big role in our daily lives,
especially in education, business, science, and government.
