English interpretation involves much more than mere translation. There
are different types of interpretations for different situations.
Retrospective Interpretation
Direct interpretation is the process of interpreting spoken or written language in real-time, with little to no
time for reflection or analysis.
Interpreters are often called upon to provide direct interpretation in courtrooms, business meetings,
conferences, and other settings where language barriers exist.
