Question: Assess whether Madam Marina practices ethical management and

management of ethics. Provide your reasoning.

Answer :

Ethical Management is something in which individuals act ethically by doing

the right thing and keeping individual and organization success effectively and it also
depends on how an individual treats people within and outside the organization.

According to the given case, Madam Marina does not practise ethical
management and management of ethics. Reason behind it is simple as she wants to
get rid of infestation biscuits for which she is easily ready to sell that infested biscuit
packet to lower income groups at a cheap price in order to get her money back. This
shows that she is not ethical and honest with their decision as she only thinks about
herself and even she does not think as a human that whether it is right or wrong to sell
these biscuits to those lower group income people which can be harmful and cause
disease to those people.

Even when Helena protests openly then also Madam Marina is not able to
differentiate between right and wrong and Madam Marina stood firm on her decision,
which shows that she is not concerned about other people and she finds it's an easy
way to get rid of these infested biscuits. So it clearly shows that Madam Marina is not
ethical at all and she thinks only about herself and her business.
