Reflection:

This is my reflection about my On-Job Training at the Artifix Computer Center and General
Merchandise, but before I explain my thoughts about the common issues, problems encountered
by the company or workplace, and their best practices. I would first tell a story of how we started
on the Job training in Artifex. Our first day of work as an OJT employee is on October 10, 2022;
we prepared a lot of requirements for the application form that would need for the company. I'm
excited and expect the manager to be particular about our application. Still, Different than I had
hoped, particularly in the application. I am impressed with the manager with his leadership
towards the company; he leads his employee to become more independent in terms of the task
they need to execute for the specific work they need to do. Early in the morning, they have a
program built for the manager to make this morning routine, which is morning devotional. What
is morning devotional? It is just giving time to share the word of God and preach the gospel
among the people inside the building before they start their work for the morning. I'm amazed at
how devoted the manager into Christ and that he make realizes that God is always centered in
everything you do in life; it is essential in every organization to make your business may flourish
and let the organization know these formulas for the success of the company to become more
wealthy in every aspect in life anyways that is some of my observations in the workplace that,
I've been working. On that day, they oriented us for what is the terms and conditions for the
company of Artifex Computer Center and General Merchandise; the manager assigned one of his
employees to instruct us on what we should do in the working environment; that employee is of
the head technicians on the company, they explained to us those do, and do not's in the working
place for the first day of my work is more on observing the work of technicians like formatting,
troubleshooting, repairing laptops, setup laptop, and computers, etc. I was learning how they do
it and how it works to solve some difficulties in the workplace. Since I've been following what
they would work for, some of the thoughts coming to my mind are that it's tough to do some
tasks that you are not having knowledge about it and how you should execute it; I remember
those times way back on my Senior High School since I'm a Computer Systems Servicing it
brings back the memories I have when during on my Senior High almost that what I've learned
from my Senior High School are forgetting it. It takes to reminisce the learnings and knowledge
that must have been developed at that time. Still, suddenly it was processing those memories that
I had before, but now is just a great experience in working in the field of Computers Technology
where it would be meaningful for me to recalibrate the knowledge I had before during my senior
high school. The Common Issues of the Artifex Computer Center and General Merchandise
Company are reformatting the laptops where the computers have a critical file that we should
need to be backup files; some customers are hurried about their device to be fixed already,
missed place the unit of the customer, they are a lot of issues in the workplace, but that is one of
those issues may be needed to find alternative solutions in the company. The Problems
encountered primarily in the workplace are the anticipated pending work of most probable
printers, personal computers, and laptops, formatting files, and delivering the gadgets in the
different municipalities; it needs a workforce to do it. When observing these kinds of other
challenges in the workplace, they are more on helping one another to solve some problems that
require a solution by collaborating and exchanging ideas to come up with a solution for the
problem. And The last one of the best practices they have in the workplace is just they are
entertainable for the customer whenever the customer needs something to fix; the employee is
approachable in a reasonable manner for their customers.

Therefore, I'm blessed and thankful that God assigned me there to the Artifex Computer Center
and General Merchandise. I was expecting the other organization or company, but God gave me
this company to be a blessing there and to work with them together and to be collaborative to
them as an employee; even though I'm an OJT and it helps me to become more professional in
the workplace an act as an complete employee ability, I take it as an employee works as soon as I
work it hard and become more life-long learner worker in my future jobs that I encounter in life,
I'm very thankful for the company and their employees they're they share the knowledge they
have that I've learned and mastered it along the way of doing some problematic tasks that involve
in decision making that you need to think critically when making some moves to solved those
problems that require an essential solution to the issues.
