As per your request, we are pleased to submit our offer as below, for your valued consideration -

Task to be completed: -
1. 100 % Close Visual Inspection(CVI)
2. Ultrasonic thickness survey at maximum coverage area
3. DP test on weld joint, selectively based on close visual inspection observations.
4. Integrity check of all peripheral structures including service platforms and monkey ladder.
5. Surface cleaning and painting (As per GFL painting procedure and paint system) – If Planned.
6. Paint supply will be in GFL scope.
7. SD will commence on from 1st May -2022 and SD duration is of 12 days Maintenance in & Out.

All Rope Access tasks to be carried out by IRATA technicians using Mekanchi’s IRATA approved Rope Access procedures.
All the rope access equipment to be used will be certified by an IRATA level 3 technician, as per IRATA norms. There
maybe some inaccessible locations due to non-availability of rigging points or stress in structure, and in such cases,
alternate locations will be completed after discussing with the client.

Terms and conditions:

1. Taxes : GST Additional
2. Working hrs. : 9 hours quoted per day including lunch time
3. Validity : 30 days from the date of this quotation
4. Idle Days : Idle days due to reasons such as weather/quarantine to be charged at INR 25,000
5. Client Scope : work permit, reporting format, gate pass.
6. Payment terms : 50% advance
7. Bill calculation : Each day to be marked under complete either working or non-working slab.
