Be quiet in the apartment（夜間はお静かにお願いします。）
This is not hotel. Please consider neighboring residents.

Do not take the trash to outside absolutely（ゴミはチェックアウト時に回収しますので室内に置いておいてください。）

Separation is necessary and the garbage collection date is decided in Japan.
The cleaning staff will collect it after your check out.

No smoking（館内完全禁煙でお願いします。）
Around the building is also no smoking.
