CHECK IN GUIDE
 【House Rules】
• Don’t smoke. /禁煙

• Take off your shoes. /土足厳禁

• Please keep the apartment clean. Please do not break things. If damaged, you may be liable for
damages/部屋を清潔に保ってください。物を壊さないでください。壊した場合は損害賠償請求をさ
せていただく場合がございます。

• Please do not trash garbage from the room. As garbage increases, I will collect it so please contact
me./部屋からゴミを出さないでください。 ゴミがいっぱいになったら連絡してください。回収に伺
い ます。

• Please wash tableware right away after using. /食器は使用したらすぐに洗ってください

• Please do not make noise so as not to annoy others/他の人に迷惑かけないようにしてください。騒

がないでください。
• Please let me know your checkin/out time ( not necessarily the exact time, but roughly when )
at least one day before your arrival or departure. /チェックイン、チェックアウト時間を事前に知ら
せてください。
 【House Rules】
1. 本事業による賃貸借契約は施設（居室）の滞在のみを目的として、施設（居室）内で
の営業行為を禁止する。
The lease agreement by this project prohibits sales activities within the facility (living
room) for the purpose of staying in the facility (living room) only.
2. 居室の衛生管理その他の施設の管理上特に必要があるときは、あらかじめ滞
在者 の承認を得て、居室内に立ち入ることができる。
When there is a particular need for management of sanitation management of other
rooms and other facilities, they can enter the living room with advance approval of
the residents.
3. 当該居室を2日以上利用する。
Use the room for tow days or more.
4. 滞在者の自己都合による中途解約の場合、大阪市条例で定められた期間未満相
当額の返金をしない。
In the case of mid-termination due to the self-circumstances of residents, we do not
refund equivalent amount less than the period prescribed by Osaka-shi regulation.

• ➔ Check in time: after 5:00 pm-10:00pm 17時から22時
• 【How to checkout】
• ➔ Check out time: before 10:00 am 午前10時までにチェックアウトしてください。
• Check out later than 10:00 am is not possible. It is possible only if there is no
guest checkin on the day.So, please let me know if you wish to check out later
than 10:00 am one day before your check out day.
• 午前10時以降のチェックアウトはできません。当日チェックインが無い場合のみ可能ですので、
チェックアウト前日の午前10時以降のチェックアウトをご希望の場合はご連絡ください。
