・当館のご利⽤は法令に基づき宿泊者様の身分証明書（原本のみ）が必要となります。
⽒名及び住所写真が確認できる書類：マイナンバーカード、運転免許証、運転経歴証明書、旅券または在留カードが
対象です。
※身分証の住所記載部分を撮影します。無記⼊の場合は記⼊後お持ちください。住所記載がなければご宿泊いただけ

※未成年の⽅のみでご宿泊の場合、親権者様の同意書を持参願います。

・暗証番号はチェックイン⽇の16時からチェックアウト⽇の10時まで有効です。有効期限を過ぎますと開錠できませ
ん。ご注意くださいませ。

＜チェックイン⽅法＞
①上記暗証番号で館内へお⼊りください。
②ロビーに設置されているタブレットにて８桁のチェックインコードを⼊⼒しOKボタン押してください
③予約内容をご確認の上OKボタンを押してください。
④宿泊者全員のお顔写真、身分証を撮影します。
⑤当館のハウルスールへ同意していただきます。
⑥チェックイン⼿続きが完了しますとお部屋番号、暗証番号をお伝えします。

＜チェックアウト⽅法＞
客室ドア内側にチェックアウトシートがございます。チェックアウト時ドア外側へ貼りご退室をお願い致します。

【注意事項】
・チェックアウトは10時です。それ以降は清掃員が訪問いたします。チェックアウトされていない場合清掃待機料⾦
として30分当たり1,500円のお⽀払いを頂きますのでご注意下さい。
・当施設ではお荷物預かりコーナーをご⽤意しております。
（お荷物預かりコーナーは荷物棚にワイヤーロックで施錠していただくタイプになります。施錠可能なスーツケース
やお荷物⼊れをご⽤意の上ご利⽤をお願い致します。）
・スタッフは常駐しておりません。フロントがございませんのでお荷物の発送受け取りはできません。郵便局留め等
をご利⽤ください。
・無料のクリーニングサービス及びリネン交換サービスを提供しておりません。
・お荷物の紛失・破損・盗難について、当施設は⼀切の責任を負いません。
・当施設には駐⾞場はございません。お⾞での来館をご検討されてる⽅はお近くのコインパーキングをご利⽤くださ
い。
・延泊をご希望のお客様はチェックアウト前⽇までにご連絡ください。延泊料⾦のお⽀払い期限はチェックアウト前
⽇の22時になります。
・駐輪場は居住者専⽤のため宿泊者はご利⽤になれません。無断使⽤の場合予告なく撤去します。

Your arrival at Bon Condo Namba Nipponbashi is around the corner! Here is all the information you need for a smooth
check-in.

→on the small panel on the right, press 1260 then press the unlock button (key symbol)
Check-in code: 53598167,53598168
※Please do not share your check-in code with anyone other than your travel companions.

Nearest station: Kintetsu-nipponbashi Station, 3 min walk (please see attached PDF for directions)

◆How to check in
① Open the entrance door with the code above.
② Press the "Check-in" button on the tablet installed in the lobby.
③ Enter your 8-digit Check-in Code then press the OK button.
④ Check the reservation details displayed on the screen and press the OK button, then it will call our check-in
operator.
⑤ The operator will then take a photo of each guest and of their ID.
⑥ Please read and agree to the House Rules.
⑦ Your room number and room door code will be displayed on the screen.

◆Documents required for check-in

・ All guests are required to present their valid ID (original, no copies) in order to use the facilities.
Guests who are living outside of Japan must present their passport, guests who are living in Japan can present their
residence card or Japanese driver's license (please note that IDs other than those mentioned will not be accepted.
Copies of IDs will not be accepted).
・Unaccompanied minors need to present a parental consent form. You can download one here:

・Guests under 16 years old who are not accompanied by an adult cannot use this facility, even if they have a written
consent form.
・Guests who do not submit their ID and/or parental consent form on the day of check-in will be refused to stay; thank
you for your understanding.

◆How to check out

There is a check-out sign on the door of your room. Please place it outside of the door when you check out, thank you.

【Notes】
・Check-out is until 10:00 AM. After 10:00, an additional fee of 1,500 JPY/30 minutes will be charged.
・Your room door code is valid from 16:00 on the check-in date to 10:00 on the check-out date. Once expired, the
code can no longer be used to open the door.
・There is a self-service luggage storage area on the 1st floor. You are welcome to use the space on your check
in/out date. Please bring a lockable suitcase or bag with you. We decline any responsibility in the event of loss, theft or
damage.
・Since there is no front desk, we cannot ship or receive your luggage. Please use the Post Office's general delivery
service.
・Please note that services such as daily room cleaning, linen/towel change or amenities replenishment are not
provided.
・There is no parking lot on site. Please use the parking lots nearby.
・If you wish to extend your stay, please be informed that the payment for additional nights must be completed by
22:00 the day before your original check-out date.
