The contrast between my current residence and my future residence

As the world was changing, I also changed my mind about my future place of residence when I grew up
to the age of 10 and had been living in the same house since I was born. Now it's about to step into the
20th year that I've lived in the same house and still have the same long-cherished aspirations about my
future abode that I had as a 10-year-old. Having lived in the same house for nearly 2 decades in a place
like the bustling, populous capital city of Dhaka, my mind has always wanted relief from all of this and to
settle down in the beauty of the countryside. There is a world of difference between the house I
currently live in and the house I want to build for myself in the future. But the most significant
differences are the size of the place, the livable and beautiful environment and the demographic that
account for this huge contrast between the house I currently live in and my future abode.

The first difference stems from the lack of space in my gardening habits. Although I managed to have a
green garden on my roof, it is not the garden I want. I want to have a garden in front of my house like
almost all rural people do in front of their house. But here, there is a 6 story building in front of my
house instead of my dreamed a garden. And for that I want big space in front of my future house so I
can have a garden.

Livable and beautiful environment, this is the main difference that I want to see in my future living
house. Here, when I open the window of my building I see many buildings under construction and
experience the harsh noise associated with it. Not only is it something to look out for, but the frenzied
vehicular traffic is right next to it. That's not the only thing to notice, next to it is the craziness of the
vehicles. Where I thought my future home would be outside surrounded by greenery and a peaceful
environment.

Perhaps the most important and final difference between my current living space and my future home is
demographics. I live in an area where my residential building, like other Dhaka city buildings, has several
separate families on each floor. On the contrary, my future residence will be for my family only. And this
less population will help me feel the inner peace I seek. Basically, I wished that my future residence
would be surrounded by less population than my current residence.

Both places are different, but there are some major differences between the house I currently live in and
the house I want to build for myself in the future, which I have mentioned as the size of the place,
livable and beautiful environment and population. Due to gardening I wanted an empty space in front of
my house which I currently don't have. Second, I wanted a rural environment that would be completely
different from my city home environment. And lastly, I wanted less population for the inner peace that I
could never get from my current city home. These are what will differentiate my future residence from
my current residence
