Rights & Privileges of Members

1. All Members may vote and be elected in all annual, special, regular and other
membership meetings of the Chamber, be assigned to any of the various Committees,
and to take part in its deliberations and debates that will lead to meaningful advocacies
for the benefit of all stakeholders;

2. Receive regularly a copy of CREBA’s official publications, the annual report and other
information or communication materials which the Chamber may release from time to
time, including membership to CREBA’s official e-group/s.

3. Participate in CREBA’s roadshows, special presentations, business meetings, business

matching and exhibits in the Philippines and anywhere in the globe where CREBA
Chapters and Partner Institutions exist. Members are also entitled to be part of
CREBA’s website as a way of reaching the international market;

4. Enjoy discounted course, seminar, advertisement and convention fees, relating to the
Chamber’s Certificate and Diploma Programs, its digital land information and survey
system, and other discounts on other services and materials that may be made available
by CREBAns;

5. Enjoy free access to legal consultation and counseling on general aspects of the real
estate business provided by a pool of lawyers specializing in the field, as well housing
and construction data generated by CREBA;

6. Each member shall be included in the official roster of members which comes out in both
print and online format and is entitled to use the CREBA name and logo in their business
and information materials. This directory is made available to CREBA’s vast network of
contacts, partners and more than 30 chapters nationwide and abroad;

7. Members attending seminars, forums, symposia, workshops, conferences, summits, as

well as the Annual National Convention may obtain credits for Continuing Professional
Education/Development (CPE/CPD)

8. Members gain access to a number of international real estate bodies of which CREBA is
affiliated with, most specifically, discounted accreditation fees with the National
Association of REALTORS, the largest and most prestigious association of real estate
practitioners in the world.

9. Members get to attend all Monthly Business Meetings and Public Forums where they
can exchange ideas, develop networks, find business matches, hear updates and
interact with authorities, both public and private, FREE-OF-CHARGE.

10. Members may enjoy all other benefits or privileges that the Chamber may define and
grant from time to time as a result of its initiatives and productive endeavors;
