routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines,
procedures, policies and practices. I applied this job because it is suitable with my current
program in Higher Education learned about Administrative and Leadership program in HED,
and after visiting your website, I have immersed myself in your ground-breaking work as a
new team member as administrative offices requiring use of business vocabulary, tact,
discretion and judgment.

Currently majoring in Higher Education and Post-Secondary Education Master’s degree, and
I will receive my degree next spring. While I have a comprehensive Higher Education
background, my emphasis is on Management Education and Leadership. I feel that your
agency places prominence in similar areas, and having the privilege of serving as an
intern/job with you will increase my learning opportunities and give me the exposure I need
to advance my career while using what I have learned to make an impact on your clients.

After graduation, I plan to work for an agency like yours to grow my experience, serve
students and eventually start my agency. I can achieve my goal with the right opportunities
and experience working with prominent clients. Previously, before starting my M.Ed in
Higher and Post-secondary Education at Arizona State University, I taught biology at Hang
Tuah High School. As a temporary staff member at the State University of Makassar, I was
given tasks like being a student advisor, researching, doing community service, or publishing
an article that a lecturer would do.
