My xperience in BI OR DA in Rappi

Rappi is a big company in delivery from latam they has many information or data , they use this
information for created new business and ever generate growth and profit, so i must extract de
data whit queries in SQL , create indicators using the queries and matematics or stadistics, i did
conextions between database and the data visualizar like power bi, to create dashboard whit KPIS
for do management to de operation of rappi , every day , every week or month.

i also did task for reduce fraud , i did follow up to the way of the deliveries and calls to the cliente
to verify the delivery was done.

we have interaccion whit the client , we shoulded do reports of the operation like the versus
between sales and investment of money and show what were the advantages of do this

Rappi es una gran empresa en la entrega de latam que tiene mucha información o datos, utilizan
esta información para crear nuevos negocios y generar crecimiento y ganancias, por lo que debo
extraer los datos con consultas en SQL, crear indicadores usando las consultas y matemáticas o
estadísticas, realicé conexiones entre la base de datos y el visualizador de datos como power bi,
para crear un tablero con KPIS para hacer la gestión del funcionamiento de Rappi, todos los días,
todas las semanas o meses.

También realicé tareas para reducir el fraude, hice seguimiento a la forma de las entregas y
llamadas al cliente para verificar que la entrega se realizó.
