2021 ANNUAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Mensahe ng Punong Barangay

Ang pagganap sa tungkulin ng Barangay Council for the Protection of


Children (BCPC) ay mahalagang bahagi ng panunungkulan ng isang
barangay kung saan ay nagbibigay ng kaukulang proteksyon sa bata at
mga Kabataan. Sa panahon na ang bawat sulok ng mundo ay
nanganganip sa banta ng COVID-19, isang malaking hamon ang
pagbibigay ng angkop na serbisyo at programa gayundin ang
pagpapanatiling ligtas ng bawat isa.

Ang pagbibigay ng serbisyo at pagpapatupad ng mga program na naayon


sa PD 603 o mas kilala sa tawag na “The child and Youth Welfare Code”,
Republic Act 7610 o mas kilala sa tawag na “Special Protection of
Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act” at Republic
Act 9344 o mas kilala sa tawag na “Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act of
2006 ay naglalayon na mapabuti ang kalagayan ng bawat bata at
kabataan. Sa pamamgitan nito ay matamasa ang apat na Karapatan gaya
ng Survival, development, protection at participation.

Ang taunang ulat na ito para sa taong 2021 ay nakalahad ang mga
pangunahing problema gayundin ang tugon programa ng barangay. Ang
lahat ng ito ay bunga ng pagsisikap ng Barangay ________________ na
maihatid ang serbisyo at munting kakayahan nito kaakibat ng iba’t ibang
sector ng barangay kasama ang bawat magulang.

VISION: Isang Barangay na kilala sa pagnenegosyo, may mamamayang nagkakaisa at may


pagmamahal, may luntiang kapaligiran na pinamumunuan ng makadiyos, makatarungan at
may malasakit na naglilingkod ng Barangay

MISSION: Magsagawa ng programang pangkabuhayan, panatilihin ang kampanya ng


kapayapaan at kaayusan at patuloy na pangalagaan at proteksyunan ang inang kalikasan

IV. SECTORAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

1. SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT SECTOR


a. Social Welfare and Development
i. Program for Person with Disability and Elderly –
 Provision of vitamins to # Persons with Disability (PWD)
 Provision of vitamins to # Senior Citizens
 Provision of maintenance medicines to # indigent PWD and Senior
citizens
ii. Women and Family - Conducted information dissemination campaign
on the rights of women.
iii. Child and Youth Program – with the assistance of the Sangguniang
Kabataan, the following programs were implemented:
 Conducted activities in relation to Linggo ng Kabataan with the
theme “An open letter to the Youth who survived the Pandemic, as
the following:
o Poster Making Contest
o Essay Writing Contest
o Mobile Photography

b. Health Services
i. Feeding for undernourished preschool children – 5 male and 5 female or
a total of ten (10) undernourished children were provided supplemental
feeding for one hundred twenty (120) days from mm/dd/yyy to
mm/dd/yyyy.. Conducted regular growth monitoring to determine
improvements on weight.
ii. Provision of vitamins – Distribution of hygiene kit and multi-vitamins for
underweight and normal borderline 0-59 months
iii. Promotion of breastfeeding with # first time / lactating mothers –
Conduct of information education campaign on the benefits of
breastfeeding among first-time / lactating mothers as well as old-time
mothers. # of IEC materials were distributed
iv. Conducted activity in relation to nutrition month celebration like
hanging of streamers on nutrition education, PABASA sa Nutrition for #
mothers with malnourished children;
v. Provision of food packs in support to 100 indigent children with family
undergoing home quarantine at the height of pandemic.

c. Education Services
i. Scholarship program – 100 Poor but deserving students were provided
with financial assistance in the amount of PHP1,000.00 each or a total of
PHP100,000.00 for the school year 2020-2021

ii. Provision of school supplies – school supplies containing school pad for
grade level, crayons, pencil, envelope, notebook and sharpener were

d. Peace and Order and Public Safety
i. Crime prevention – Regular patrolling is conducted within the vicinity of
the barangay between 0:00pm to 0:00pm daily. A number of incidents
during the said period were monitored as the following:

 Conducted anti-Drug Abuse prevention program thru the Kabataan

a. Solid Waste Management Program – this sector of governance is implemented


and monitored with the following:

5. INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

a. Revenue Generation – In 2020, the barangay has generated a total of PHPxx.xx

the previous year and the current year.
