AFFIDAVIT OF NO EMPLOYMENT

I, AL-JEARU A. FORONDA, of legal age, single, Filipino and

presently residing at Brgy. Caloocan, Talisay, Batangas, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with the law, do hereby depose and
state, THAT:

1. I am applying for a job position with the Bureau of Fire Protection

(BFP);

2. One of the requirements for the job application is the submission of

Certificate of Employment; considering I am not presently and
gainfully employed to any employment;

3. Hence, I hereby attest to the truthfulness and veracity of the fact

that I am presently not gainfully employed to any employment;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness and

veracity of the foregoing for whatever legal intents and purpose this
may serve.
