    This quotation, I suppose, pertains to my present or future EI issues. Everyone would benefit
    from being able to detect and comprehend their own and others' emotions. Why? You will be
    more sensitive and careful in your actions. People nowadays also have emotional and mental
    issues; with this you will be of great assistance not just to yourself but also to others. Conflicts
    can arise when individuals misinterpret one another. Being able to perceive or comprehend
    another person's emotions will help you avoid confrontation. You will know what to do with
    yourself if you can appraise your own feelings.
