Implication on Academic Performance of HUMSS 12 Students in Leandro Locsin

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This study aims to find out the effect of SQUAD on the academic performance of
Senior High School Students of HUMSS 12 at Leandro Locsin Integrated School     
Specifically, this study seeks to answer the following questions:

1. What is profile of the respondents based on;


     1.1 age
     1.2 gender
2.  What is the level of participation of HUMSS 12 students in SQUAD?
3. What is the level of performance of students in terms of their average rating?
4. Is there a significant relationship between the level of participation in SQUAD Goals
and an average rating?

INSTRUMENT

In this study, the researchers will be using survey questionnaires to collect the
needed data from the respondents among HUMSS 12 students in Leandro Locsin
Integrated School through google forms. The researchers will use the 4-point Likert
scale method in the survey questionnaire to specify whether the respondents agree or
disagree with the statements and questions that they will answer.

Part I. It is about the profile of the respondents.

Part II. It deals with the level of participation of HUMSS 12 students in SQUAD. 

Part III. Is about students’ level of performance in terms of their average rating.
