- Hazard is a dangerous circumstance wherin it could harm an individual.

- Three examples of areas/factors to consider identifying hazards are look at the


equipments to be use, decide where you are going to conduct your work, and follow
the procedure that has been set in order to avoid any hazard.

Name three specific circumstances when hazard identification is essential.

- During designing and implementation, while the tasks are being carried out, and
during inspections after the work has been done are three specific circumstances
wherein hazard identification is essential.
