Business Results (Customers, Product and/or Service) – Illustration 3, People and the
Organization (Participants and Context) – Illustration 1 and Technology and Information
(Technology, information, and infrastructure) – Illustration 2. I agree with your reply to
Activity 2 Task A. I am also in agreement that too many students being registered at the
University can cause a strain on the system resulting in students getting challenges to register.
