others, it prepares students to enter the workforce and is
professional. Professional skills basically contain
elements of science, engineering and tips. Science and
engineering can be learned, but the element of ''tips" is
something that cannot be taught, but can be mastered.
To
master, namely through the way of doing work directly in
the professional field itself so that a skill will grow based
on work experience. SMK is always behind the
development of technology in the industrial world. SMK
is impossible to keep up with the rapid development of
technology.
To overcome the
missed SMK, it is necessary to cooperate with the
business / industry world or government agencies .
 ORGANIZER FIELD WORK PRACTICES IN
VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS AIM TO:
1. TRAIN STUDENTS TO COMMUNICATE OR INTERACT PROFESSIONALLY IN
THE ACTUAL WORLD OF WORK. SO AS NOT TO FEEL SCARED OR
AWKWARD ANYMORE TO COMMUNICATE PROFESSIONALLY.
2. FORMING A GOOD WORK ETHIC FOR PKL STUDENTS. SO THAT IN THE
FUTURE STUDENTS CAN BECOME GRADUATES AND QUALIFIED FIGURES.
3. CAN ADD TO THE TYPES OF SKILLS POSSESSED BY STUDENTS SO THAT
THEY CAN BE DEVELOPED AND IMPLEMENTED IN EVERYDAY LIFE.
4. ESTABLISH GOOD COOPERATION BETWEEN SCHOOLS AND THE

 CLOSING
Conclusion after carrying out this PKL activity,
we get a lot of experience and new knowledge
that is not taught in schools. We are usually
taught theory in schools, and in the place of PKL
we will put it into practice. In essence, PKL
activities are very useful for developing what has
been taught in schools. PKL can be said to be a
complement and maturation process to be ready
when you are in the world of work.
