AESG CAMPFEST: Saturday 30 June - Sunday 1 July 2018

Camping (from 10.30am)

There is camping for limited numbers on a first come first served basis. The cost is
£42 per pitch for up to 6 family members in a tent. There are just 60 pitches available
and some have already been sold. Please book early so that you don’t miss out!

Day tickets (from 2.00pm)

Day tickets will be available for £10 (adults) and £5 (children) in advance, or £12
(adults) and £6 (children) on the gate.

How to book your ticket

Please fill out the form attached to this email and return it with payment to AESG
junior or senior school receptions in an envelope marked for the attention of PFA
CAMPFEST. Forms are also available from junior and senior school receptions.

How can you help?

We are looking for donations of the following:
 Ribbons and textiles for one of the art projects
 Old plates and crockery for the plate smash

And we still need to borrow a few fridges, so if you have one spare that you can loan
to the PFA for Campfest please get in touch.

CAMPFEST is a whole school event for AESG senior and junior girls
and their families.
Important safety and insurance things to note:
 Only members of the same family can share tents
 Junior school girls must be supervised at all times and senior school girls
must have a parent present on site
 It is only for girls at AESG and their families. No boys are allowed unless they
are siblings and no external friends
 It will be marshalled
 No glass or alcohol is to be brought onto site: a selection of alcohol will be
available to buy
 No dogs
