Procedure
1. In a large bowl combine Iour, baking powder, salt, coffee powder and cocoa. Sift and
set aside.
2. In a separate bowl combine melted butter, powdered sugar and oil. Mix together then
add eggs. Mix well.
3. Gradually add wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth and free
from lumps.
4. Fold in Chopped chocolate. Mix well. Do not over mix to prevent from cakey texture.

Weight measurement is much more accurate and consistent than using 'cups'
in baking.
Most of the world uses the metric system. It is so much easier, straightforward
and makes so much more sense.

Thank you for sharing a great recipe and for specifying your measurements in
grams, for all of us living in most of the world (including my country, Canada).
I've been using Mollie Katzen's recipe from Moosewood Cookbook, for
decades. That's a great brownie, too, but my kid loves the crackle top, so these,
according to him, are perfection.
