One of the harsh reality that we can see in this world is the unfair
treatment that we’re giving to persons with disabilities. They are being
physically and mentally being bullied in our society especially in jobs. Their
potential and skills are being socially discriminated and underestimated
because of their disabilities. The developers believed that we have the power
to fight and end the discrimination being thrown at PWDs. In order to help
them and maybe ease their struggle a little, the programmers created this
software to assist and provide job information for the PWDs.
PWD Information System is a system software designed to manage,
organize, and process data in order to provide useful information for persons
with disabilities. This computer program will benefit PWDs in way such as
providing job information where they can choose which work they will fit as
well as keeping their information digital and secure.
The software will be manage by an administrator which will have
access to every software features. He/she can add, edit, and delete PWD
profiles without any restrictions. The admin is also responsible for managing
job posts which will come from participating companies. The system will also
be used by a client which is a person with disability. The client can edit and
delete his account if he/she wants to. There is also a page in the program
where the client can view every job opportunities which were posted by the
admin.
By creating and implementing this software, the developers hope that
in this way we will be able to help the persons with disabilities and that this
will inspire a fair society where everyone has the right to equality.
