EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This AGREEMENT is entered into this __ November 2021, at Naga City, Province of
Camarines Sur, by and between:

KEEHIVE SOLUTIONS, a stock corporation duly organized and registered under the
laws of the Philippines, with principal address at 2F The Phoenician Building, Panganiban Drive, Naga City, Camarines Sur, represented by KARLO MIKHAEL

LARGOZA who holds the following position: Co-Owner, hereinafter referred to as the

EMPLOYER
-AND-
___________________________________________, Filipino, of legal age, single,
and with postal address at ______________________________, hereinafter referred

to as the PROJECT EMPLOYEE


WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYER is engaged in the business of the following nature:


Business Process Outsourcing for WBI Sales Account
WHEREAS, the PROJECT EMPLOYEE has qualified in the pre-employment requirements of the EMPLOYER

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYER hereby offers and the PROJECT EMPLOYEE hereby accepts project-based employment

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1. PERIOD OF PROJECT-BASED EMPLOYMENT


The PROJECT EMPLOYEE is hired for the following role: Customer Service Representative.

The PROJECT EMPLOYEE will be employed for the following project specifically described below:

Inbound Leads Generation for WBI Sales Account

The project-based employment shall commence on the 24 of November 2021, and shall remain effective until the completion of the aforementioned project.

After said date, the project-based employment shall automatically terminate.

2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


The PROJECT EMPLOYEE shall perform the following duties and responsibilities:

 Inbound calls to US customers


 Processing customer orders
3. COMPENSATION
The PROJECT EMPLOYEE shall be paid a gross rate of Ten Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱10,000.00) per month, subject to government-mandated deductions to

be borne by the employee, every 10th and 25th day of the month.

The EMPLOYER may, at its discretion, grant bonuses, allowance of Three Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱3,000) food and drinks, or benefits not defined in this

contract. Such exercise of discretion shall not be considered as established practice or precedent and shall not be demandable under this Employment Agreement

or any other written or unwritten agreement.

4. THIRTEENTH MONTH PAY


The EMPLOYER will pay the mandatory Thirteenth (13th) month pay before 24 December of each calendar year.

5. MANDATORY BENEFITS
Benefits that are mandated by law shall be paid or provided by the EMPLOYER only when mandated and applicable to the PROJECT EMPLOYEE, according to

the law.

6. WORK HOURS
The PROJECT EMPLOYEE shall work 5 Days per week, Mondays to Saturdays, on a shifting schedule
The work schedule may be changed by the EMPLOYER or its management as it may deem necessary to meet its operational requirements.
The PROJECT EMPLOYEE may be required to work more than his regular work schedule due to the demands of the business or the requirements of the

EMPLOYER.
7. PLACE OF WORK
The primary place of work of the PROJECT EMPLOYEE shall be in:

The PROJECT EMPLOYEE may be transferred or assigned to other locations as may be required by the needs of the EMPLOYER.

The PROJECT EMPLOYEE may be required to travel from time to time.


8. COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS
The PROJECT EMPLOYEE shall follow all company rules and regulations, written or otherwise. All existing and future company rules and regulations shall be

deemed incorporated in this AGREEMENT.

It shall be the duty and responsibility of the PROJECT EMPLOYEE to be aware of and comply with the EMPLOYER's rules and regulations.

9. TERMINATION OF THE PROJECT-BASED EMPLOYMENT


During the period of the project employment, the EMPLOYER may terminate the project employment for any of the just or authorized causes provided by law,

including analogous causes specified in the company rules and regulations or policy.

10. RESIGNATION OF THE PROJECT EMPLOYEE


The PROJECT EMPLOYEE shall give a written notice of their intention to resign from their employment at least Thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of

their resignation.

11. NON-DISCLOSURE
The PROJECT EMPLOYEE shall not divulge to any third party any part of this
AGREEMENT, including salaries and other remunerations unless legally required by law, statute, or any competent authority.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY
The PROJECT EMPLOYEE understands and acknowledges that all records, documents, and other information, written or otherwise, are confidential and shall not

be disclosed during and after employment with the EMPLOYER.

13. SEVERABILITY
The invalidity of any portion of this AGREEMENT will not and shall not be deemed to affect the validity of any other provision. In the event that any provision

of this AGREEMENT is held to be invalid, the EMPLOYER and the PROJECT EMPLOYEE agree that the remaining provisions shall be deemed to be in full

force and effect as if they had been executed subsequent to the expungement of the invalid provision.

14. ENTIRETY OF AGREEMENT


This AGREEMENT represents the entire agreement between the EMPLOYER and the PROJECT EMPLOYEE and supersedes all prior negotiations,

representations, agreements, either oral or written.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures on the date and place first stated above.
