Male reproductive organs The testes - Seminiferous tubules

• The testes or gonads is the primary sex • Seminiferous tubules:

of semen.

• 2. Concentration of sperm (water absorbed)

• 4. Storage of sperm (upto 60 days)

The Accessory organs 1. Seminal vesicles-

• 2. Prostate gland- • 1. Secrete (upto 1%) Fructose & Citric
• 3. Bulbo- Urethral or Cowper’s gland acid.
