WHAT IS CHEERDANCE?
Cheerleading is an activity in which the participants cheer
for their team as a form of encouragement. It can range
from chanting slogans to intense physical activity. It can be
performed to motivate sports teams, to entertain the
audience, or for competition.

Cheerleading is a great cardio workout! Cheers typically


only last a couple of minutes so it is necessary to repeat
high-energy routines. Choreography contains not only
dance but also tumbles, jumps and sometimes stunts, all
which require great stamina especially to maintain a big
smile throughout the routine as well!
