4 QUESTIONS OF OUR THEME
1) WHAT ?
 Gambling is when people risk money or anything of value to predict the
outcome of a game involving chance, if you predict the outcome correctly,
you win money, if you're wrong, you lose the money you gambled.
 Casinos don’t need “fixed” dimes, the way the casino makes its profit is by
paying you winnings that are lower than the odds that would make a game
break-even.

2) WHY ?
 Along with service providers, governments receive tax from the income of
gamblers. Governments worldwide can invest in social welfare projects
through taxes on the gambling industry.
 Even other industries benefit from it during the casino openingperiod such
as: tourism, retail trade , finance, insurance, real estate and construction,
 A growth of employment is stimulated by the casinos

3) HOW ?
 Governments allow establishments and developers to sell their products or
services under the country's territory, in response, the government expects
some portion of overall revenue from the developers(tax revenues).
 Casinos organise events for gamblers all around the world, these events and
festive preparations give rise to tourism in the country.
 Any legal industry in a community comes with job opportunities,hotels need
staff, and casinos require help, operators, estate holders, dealers, etc., have
gained employment through the gambling industry.
4) WHERE ?
 The first casino is invented in Italy and from Italy it spread across Europe,
after that gambling spread modernized and became legal.
 Closer to urban markets and better infrastructure(roads, rail, and airports)
result in greater impacts.
