Schedule on the Conduct of Regional Oversight Committee Meeting in
PPOs/CPOs.
2. PURPOSE
3. SITUATION
The Deputy Regional Director for Operations (DRDO) and other Regional Staff
will be arriving in province the said activity.
c. Assumption
In order to prevent the occurrence of violent incidents that may disrupt the
conduct of the activity, there is a need for the NEPPO to intensify and sustain law
enforcement, security, and other public safety operations before, during and after the
activity.

A. Concept of Operations
NEPPO shall deploy Route Security (RS) in all possible route as well as
major roads within AOR to maintain sound traffic flow and ensure accessible
passage of VIP’s convoy and security.

B. Tasks
1) DPDA
a. Act as the over-all supervisor on administrative matters; and
b. Perform other tasks as directed.
2) DPDO
a. Act as the over-all supervisor on operational matters; and
b. Perform other tasks as directed.
3) AC, PARMU
a. Detail and issue order of Protocol Officer to for Deputy Regional
Director for Operations (DRDO) and other Regional Staff; and
b. Perform other tasks as directed.
4) C, PIU
a. Conduct threat assessment on all risks pertinent to the event;
b. Provide close linkage with counterpart agencies for intel exchange
and fusion;
c. Provide intel coverage; and
d. Perform other tasks as directed.
5) C, POMU
a. Monitor the activities, and security deployment;
b. Submit After Security Coverage Report with action photos to ROD
(Attn: PSS) immediately upon termination of the activity; and
c. Perform other tasks as directed.
8) C, PTOC
a. Monitor the deployment of personnel;
b. Monitor the arrival and departure of Deputy Regional Director for
Operations (DRDO) and other Regional Staff and inform the
Command Group and Staff as obtained thru SMS platform;
c. Render hourly SITREP to RTOC, PRO3; and
d. Perform other tasks as directed.
9) NEPECU
a. Availability of EOD technician and EDD to panel/sweep the area of
engagement; and
b. Perform other tasks as directed.
6) COORDINATING INSTRUCTIONS:
a. The Revised PNP Operational Procedures and respect for human rights
must be strictly observed;
b. Anti-criminality campaigns and other normal/routinary police operations in
respective AORs shall not be compromised during the conduct of security
and safety coverage in relation to the visit;
c. Unit Commanders shall be responsible for checking the physical
appearance, bearing of uniform and equipment of their personnel including
the proper haircut and completeness of uniform prior to deployment;
