GO Green Tech Corporation is a company that gives to the customer the high-
end product. Our most focus on marketing is advertise on social media platform,
this will attract worldwide audience as the social media such as tiktok and twitter
taking up the most of screen time among smartphone users. We will keep move
forward to fight with our competitors. Our product based on technology that eco
friendly and reduce risks to the environment and public health. How the future is
look like is what we invent. We want to be one of the big company in the world.
Our future goals is we will keep work on new innovation, the product that will
benefits for humankind and nature.

specifically agriculture as they can compose the waste efficiently. As a great
company we need to give full capacity of our services to our customers. The

GO GREENTECH company is a development technology company which is

located in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kulim, Kedah. GO GREENTECH Company
mainly focuses on smart bins that have been developed since early 2019 but
interrupted due to Covid-19 disease that affects the entire world.

2.0 Existing Products Background

A smart bin can be described as a trash can or waste bin that makes use of technology
to improve operation and improve waste management. Several forms of waste can be
collected and sorted using smart bins, which use sensors and data analytics to track
waste levels and adjust waste pickup schedules. Sensors are frequently used in smart
bins to identify when the bin is full and signal waste management staff to collect the bin.
Smart bins have sensors that can identify the type of waste being disposed of, making
sorting and recycling more effective. Smart bins can be used in a variety of locations,
including public areas, businesses, and homes. They have a variety of advantages,
such as lower prices and increased environmental sustainability.

2.1. Problem Statement

Problem statement

1. People are too lazy to use their hands to open the bin first before putting it in
the bin because sometimes the lid is closed. The trash can is too dirty for
people to touch. there are a few irresponsible parties who throw away trash
from afar in the hope that the trash will go into the trash can.

2. Organic materials cannot be detected, causing the garbage bin to smell bad.

3. Garbage that does not fit in the trash can causes the environment to look
dirty, smelly and cluttered.

3.0 Innovation details

Reason of product innovation

1) Button on the trash can pedal to open the trash can to make it easier for users
to dispose of trash and less garbage spread around the trash can.
2) Adding sensors for organic materials in addition to sensors for plastic, bottles
and iron. Sensors play a role in separating organic waste processor material to
be used as fertilizer.
3) The sensor to detect that the trash is full will be detected directly to the
company responsible for picking up trash in the trash can so that the public
does not put excess trash around the trash can.

3.2 Problem Solving

Our innovative smart bin, powered by Internet of Things (IoT) technology, addresses the
critical challenge of household waste management in Malaysia with unparalleled
efficiency. Equipped with advanced waste sorting capabilities, our smart bin can
accurately sort between metal, plastic, paper, and organic waste, reducing
contamination and ensuring proper waste separation for effective recycling.

In addition, our smart bin features a built-in compactor that compresses the waste,
optimizing capacity and reducing the frequency of emptying, resulting in cost savings,
and minimizing environmental impact.

This smart bin goes above and beyond by incorporating an innovative waste mixer that
turns organic waste from households into nutrient-rich compost. The built-in mixer,
powered by IoT technology, ensures optimal mixing, aeration, and temperature control,
creating ideal conditions for composting within the bin.

Our smart bin promotes sustainable waste management practices in Malaysia by

integrating waste sorting, compaction, and composting capabilities. As a result, less
waste is sent to landfills, fewer greenhouse gas emissions are produced, and more
compost is produced for environmentally friendly farming and gardening. Our smart bin
streamlines waste management procedures, conserves resources, and contributes to a
circular economy thanks to real-time monitoring and data analysis capabilities.

3.3 Relation to IR 4.0

3.4 Type of Innovation.

This product uses the application of new technologies as can be seen at the
product design. We are making major improvement based on the existing thrash
bin design and functionality to meet the IR4.0 requirement. Produced a new
dominating design and, as a result, a new set of basic design concepts expressed
in components connected to form new model which is the Smart Bin. This type of
innovation is classified as Architectural Innovation. As for the impact on society, the
trash bin soon is more user-friendly and can be in various spots. The Smart Bin
also added a new feature which can process domestic waste into organic fertilizer
automatically.

In conclusion, the development of smart bins has revolutionized garbage management

by converting conventional trash cans into clever, environmentally friendly, and effective
waste collection methods. These bins have cutting-edge features including sensors,
automated sorting, real-time monitoring, and analytics, allowing for more efficient and
sustainable garbage management. The smart bin technology has several advantages,
including improving trash segregation accuracy, maximizing waste collection, lowering
operational costs, improving environmental cleanliness, and saving time for waste
collectors. Additionally, these bins' data and insights might help decision-makers
develop policies and strategies for trash management. The conventional trash
management system has received a much-needed makeover thanks to smart bins,
making it more effective and efficient. A more sustainable and environmentally friendly
future is achievable with the usage of smart bins. We may anticipate the creation of
even more cutting-edge solutions as technology continues to advance to assist
addressing the pressing problem of waste management. Overall, the introduction of
smart bins is a step in the right path towards environmentally friendly trash
management, creating a cleaner and better world for future generations.
