    I am writing to update you regarding the health status of Mr Noha George who requires continuing
    care and management. He underwent total hip replacement surgery and he is being discharge today.

    Post operatively Mr George experienced disorientation for which continuous observation is


    recommended. Although his Hb was corrected with blood transfusion; ongoing monitoring required for
    anemia. In addition, daily dressing for the surgery incision site were performed. Even though, he show
    good posture after surgery , he needs support of wheelie-walker .

    It would be greatly appreciated if you could monitor Mr George’s medication regimen and continue
    exercise program .Please ensure his skin integrity is preserved. Kindly note, staples to be removed after
    two weeks as well as follow up blood test results .It is worthy to know that social worker arranged the
    hire of raiser from local medical supplier.
