The logistics team must check and make sure that
the products received are what was ordered.
After confirming that the product received is what
was ordered, the items will be sent to Inventory
Planning to be stocked away.
If products received are wrong or damaged,
Inbound Logistics will send to Outbound Logistics for
returns.
Inbound Logistics will keep a log of all goods
received that were either wrong or damaged.
Outbound Logistics is given any wrong or damaged
goods by Inbound Logistics and is processed for
returns.
Outbound Logistics sends the wrong/damaged
goods back for return or refund.
OB Logistics staff will retrieve inventory from the
warehouse that has been sold by the Sales
department.
Goods retrieved from the warehouse will be
packaged and given a shipping label and will be
sent out for delivery to the buyer.
The system and staff will keep a log of all items
and packages that are shipped. The system will
notify Sales that the order has been fulfilled and is
in transit.
Inventory Planning
Inventory is received via Inbound Logistics
Each inventory item is given an RFID chip/Code for
tracking purposes
Inventory is stocked and put away in
shop/warehouse
System will track the flow of RFID chips/codes to
track inventory level
System will notify purchasing department to order
more when inventory is running low

Planning after confirming the goods are legit
An RFID chip/code is given to each inventory item,
which will allow for automated tracking within the
system and warehouse. Will help with location and
tracking internally.
After inventory received RFID for tracking, each ite
is stocked away in specific spots within warehouse.
The system will track when inventory is stocked,
and sold, in order to track how much inventory is
currently available.
The system has found that inventory for a certain
item has fallen low, initiating the system to notify
purchasing to order more.
