We use imperatives of command when we give instruction or direction. Making announcement is a


form of giving directions. A good announcement answers the question who, what, where and
when.

All members are requested to attend. Important matters will be discussed.

Look at the picture. It is called the circles of involvement. Notice that the picture is divided into four
parts or quadrants. In a piece of paper, answer the questions based
on the following instructions.
