BRIGADA ESKWELA ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT 2021

I-Introduction :
Every year the school is implementing the National Schools Maintenance
month .It started from the month of January and it ends on September. Within this period the
school with its stakeholders are uniting in order to contribute progress and development of the
school. Every individual in the community is expected to do a good turn during Brigada Eskwela.
According to DepEd order # 8525 that every stakeholder can contribute donations in any forms
such us labor, materials and anything that could be used during the schools maintenance week.
During brigada eskwela we strive to connect ourselves to the community in order to gain their
help for the total improvement and development of the school. So, our school together with all
the stakeholders are cooperating during the Brigada Eskwela despite of the covid-19 pandemic.
II- Accomplishments :
With unstinting effort here are the following accomplishment during the Brigada
Eskwela 2021 for 6 days.
1.Painting of Landscape at the frontage of the office (Day-1).
2.Painting of landscape at the front of E classroom (Day-2).
3.Painting of landscape near the office side (Day-3).
4.Painting of stairway of the school (Day-4).
5.Painting of Water Tub (Day-5).
6. Painting of landscape near the grade 2 classroom (Day-6).
III-Problems encountered:
These are the following problems that we encountered during the implementation
of Brigada Eskwela 2021.
1.Shortage of budget/Materials to be used in the projects
2.Lesser cooperation among parents due to covid-19 pandemic.
3.The bad weather condition made the delay of the work.

IV-Recommendations:
1.Barangay council should encourage the stakeholders to participate in the schools
maintenance week in order that the activities will be done timely.
2.Solicitation letters should be disposed earlier in order that the donations will be given ahead
of time.
