1. We decided to go with my idea called “Grave Secrets”

New Business

● Assigning roles to each other

● Discuss locations in which we can record, timings etc.
● Go over items we need to buy
● Actors we need

NOTES
● Benedek: Shot List, Risk Assessment, Call Sheet, Shooting Script
● Claudiu: Story Summary, Script, Character Profile, Storyboard
● Me: Pre-production Checklist, Budget Outline, Talent Consent Forms,
Location Reece
● Location in which we can film: Whitchurch Ln, Edgware HA8 6QS
● Timings: Needs to be dark, sunset at 8:45
● Benedek said that he can only make it to 1 shooting day out of the 3 for
10 minutes so we will have to work without him.
○ We divided the work like this to make it quicker however we will
all go over each other’s work to make changes and help each other
ACTION ITEMS
1. Help Claudiu finish off the script (as he asked)
2. Create the Budget Outline
3. Create and give the cast talent consent forms

NEXT WEEK’S AGENDA

1. Finish off all the pre production steps
2. Start filming our idea so we can get it finished as quickly as possible
and get straight to the editing process.
