Status Description The status of the project is green. The project team has successfully
completed several important tasks, including researching programs and
institutions, researching visa and travel requirements, developing a budget
plan, and completing the required IELTS exam. All these tasks were completed
within the given timeframe and allocated budget, indicating that the project is
on track and progressing well.

Activities – During the Past Week

 Successfully researched programs and institutions in the target country as per project requirements.
 Successfully completed the task of researching visa and travel requirements for the target country
within the allocated time and budget. All the necessary information has been gathered and
documented for further project planning.
 The task of developing a budget plan for the trip and living expenses in the target country has been
successfully completed within the given timeframe and budget.
 As per the project requirements, successfully completed the IELTS exam and achieved the desired
score. The exam was taken in March and confirm that the task has been completed on time and
within the allocated budget.

Activities – Planned for Next Week

 Gathering all necessary educational certificates, exam scores, and other relevant documents as per
project requirements. The task will be completed within the designated time and budget, and all
documents will be organized and stored securely.
 Completing and submitting the visa application as per project requirements. The task will be
completed within the adjusted budget and extended time limit, and all necessary documents are
included in the application.

Project Issues
 Encountered an issue with the visa application process, which has proven to be more complicated
than initially anticipated. We may need to allocate additional time and resources to ensure that all
requirements are met and that the visa is granted in a timely manner.
