This Two-Storey Residential Project in San Pedro Laguna was

designed for Mr. and Mrs. Cocson.The original plan of this
project was designed by the client's friend without conducting
site inspection. Hence, after a thorough inspection of the site,
designs were to be made to adapt to the current state of the
location. I was tasked to prepare the architectural floorplan,
schedule of doors and windows and to propose different roof
styles that would complement to the original design of their
first architect.

This Two-Storey House renovation Project in Calamba Laguna

was designed for Mr. and Mrs. Macuja under the supervision of
an architect and an engineer. The owner wants to extend the
existing building to maximize the space and provide for an
additional T&B on the second floor and powder room in the first
floor. I was tasked to prepare the drawing permits needed
spanning from Architectural sheets A-0 to A-3.

Undergraduate Thesis Proposal

The proposed development will take advantage

of the sloping topography of the site and will
incorporate the stages of life. Assigned spaces to
each of the stages are expressed according to its
function. These stages were incorporated
because it is universal to each one of the retirees.
As they go on their lives, having lived a legacy
that each of them own, taking each step in the
path of the development, it resembles all the
journeys they have gone through in life. Making
the experience of any space inclusive means that
we can create a richer environment for everyone:
a space that is easy to use, easy to understand,
and easy to relax and enjoy.

This 65sqm 1 Bedroom project was done for Ms.

Pineda who wants to enjoy the property for 1-2
years and sell it eventually. in addition to that, she
also wants the option to lease the unit in between.
Hence, the objective of this project was to make
the space livable with minimal construction or
renovation to the current state. The owner sent
me her preferred designs and pegs that consists
of mainly Scandinavian minimalist furniture and
layout.

Furthermore, the owner was also very meticulous

and thorough on the design which is why I have
also helped her decide on which designs and
colors complement each other to make a
harmonious design for the space.
