candidates. It's also one of the most important functions of an HR
department. Attracting, hiring, training and retaining top talent is the
cornerstone of most successful corporations. The interviewer will be looking
to see if you communicate clearly, are easy to connect with, persuasive and
have the ability to negotiate--all traits of good recruiter.
