On the 17th of may, 2023, the Abuakwa

Zonalg as Pastor, Pastor Emmanuel, and his

elders had a meeting and took certain
decisions collaboratively. The outcome of the
meeting were that, anytime the zone is having
a meeting: No branch of the church should be
opened to undertake church activities,
regardless of the reason behind opening the
church premise. No consideration will be
given whether the person to open the church
is a pastor or a member, the same
punishment will be issued.

Kindly note that any beach found guilty of this

directives will be dealt with appropriately.
Whether or not it's a pastor or a member who
opened the church premises while zonal
meeting is ongoing, the pastor of the church
will be suspended from his duty as a pastor
and in addition, be compelled to pay an
amount of 2000 cedis before he can be
restored to his former position as a pastor.

All pastors of various braches in the Zone
