Level of health risk among tricycle drivers of Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
1 – very low 2 – low 3 – moderate 4 – high 5 – very high

1. I am expose to any kind of viruses and bacteria.


2. I carry more than five passengers in a trip.
3. I always wear face mask when I am driving.
4. I used to removed my face mask and put it under my
chin when I am not driving.
5. I can easily acquire a communicable disease especially
the COVID-19 virus, while transporting a passengers
without wearing of face mask.
6. I am to prone to contact a passengers which shows a
symptoms of COVID-19 virus like fever, difficulty of
breathing, cough and etc.
7. I can acquire a virus from my overcrowding passengers.
8. I sanitize always my public tricycle vehicle before and
after use.
9. I sanitize myself before and after I deliver my
passengers.
10. I obey the health protocol of the city.
