Document Development Exposition: White Paper

Explain in detail your document’s development from planning to finish, describing your
challenges, how you overcame them, and what you learned.

Planning
The first challenge faced when writing this report is the approach and direction the report should
emulate. On how to acquire in-depth information to formulate the report and how reputable the
sources are. These challenges will prove to be daunting as there are not many scholarly reports
written on the topic.

First Draft (for peer editing)

The first draft followed the provided template which includes, a cover page, table of content,
executive summary, body, conclusion, and references. The body of the report was further into three
sub-categories, the problem/issues, the solutions, and the benefits. Some images were provided in
the report to support the content.

Second Draft (for your packet)

The second draft was reformatted to unclutter the report and improve white space specifically to
make it easier for the audience to view the content.

Final Draft (for your portfolio)

For the final draft, changes were made to design the report by replacing the theme. Some
grammatical errors were corrected. Finally, some ideas were polished further to help the reader
understand the intent.
