On 05/30/23, We conducted an in-depth usability test to see if there was anything we could improve
on for people wanting to draw a frog. By using the instructions, we provided to see if people could
successfully draw a frog.

Summary / Results / Test – During our usability test we conducted wWe found that the first user had

trouble with comprehending the written specific written instructions on how to draw a frog.frog. This

was a very important step-by-step explanation. For starters, t The first user also pointed out an error in

the numbering of the steps and stated that they wouldn’t use this website to learn how to draw a frog

because it seems more confusing than helpful. While on the other hand, the second user found that the

instructions were fine, and the image attached helps to paint a picture of how it should look. The first

user stated that they didn’t notice the step-by-step drawing of the frog. Both users conducted the test

correctly but came out with different results. This was noted and carefully sent back to the company so

we as a team could improve some errors we may have included in these instructions.

Updated outcome – We have taken the feedback into a very careful consideration, and we have

recently updated our instructions to be more understandable and clearer to the users. We appreciate

the time and effort our users put into this usability test. We have updated our instructions and find

ourselves hopehoping that users find find the instructions from our company to be them more accurate

and helpful. We thank you for your input and activity to help make this company better.
