As a curious person by nature, I always pursue the idea of learning new things and
finding different ways to enhance them to my ability.Naturally, post my
undergraduation, amongst all the options that I had, I have chosen the role of an
Deputy Manager in Jio Platforms Limited as it would give me a magnified view into
the dynamics of multiple businesses across industries and help me learn their
operations.My interest in management took root during my time at Jio Platforms
Limited. I want to understand how the worlds of technology and business come
together. I closely interacted with the business team while finalising the
project's requirements. I always wanted to learn what made the business team decide
on the product, its features, and how a product adds value to the organisation.
Given the pace at which technologies are evolving around us, managing the
businesses of technology is important. The MBA program from IIFT would be a perfect
launchpad to catapult my career towards my goals and shape me as an efficient
decision-maker. I firmly believe that IIFT would expose my knowledge and
behavioural gaps and help me bridge them to become a successful technology manager.

TMAY?

I am Judhvi raj.I am originally from Kakinada.My entire schooling until 12th was
also in Kakinada. I did my engineering from NIT Calicut in the stream of ECE. after
my graduation, I worked for Reliance Jio for two years. My immediate goal is to
pursue an MBA from a top reputed college like IIFT and later on get into an
product management role. In the long term, I would like to scale up this
experience in order to get into a senior position in my organisation. As a push to
pursue an MBA degree, I carry relevant experiences at both workplace and college as
a member of Jio's Employee well-being committee 2020 and the coordinator at the
Hospitality Committee for two fests at NITC, namely Ragam and Tathva, Coming to my
hobbies, I love cooking and playing football, and I am an ardent fan of Messi.
