    RE: FINAL DEMAND LETTER

    Dear Ms. Leizel,

    Good day!

    This letter is with regard to the sum of money in the amount of ONE
    MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 1,200,000.00) that I
    loan you for the purpose of constructing your house.

    As you know, I am in dire need of money. Thus, I am demanding that you


    pay the above-stated money within seven (7) days from receipt of this
    letter.

    Please send or deposit your payment through this bank account.

    After the lapse of said period and no payment is made with regard to this
