Group 4

Everyone is formally dressed for the occasion that is keeping them comfortable and is not distracting for
the audience so that they can focus on what they are speaking rather than their attire.

No 5 by 5 rule in ppt. I felt that instead of highlighting their key points in a paragraph they can pick that
points place them in a slide and relate them to the case while speaking

A good transition is made between the presenters and even though they missed eye contact in some
parts of the presentation. Most of the time they did maintain eye contact. They can engage with the
audience more if they can make more eye contact.

Overall, I felt that they are a bit under prepared by looking at their pauses while presenting and the
nervousness in delivering they can get rid of it by preparing more and have a good understanding of
what their topic is.

Bon

I did feel that Introduction of team was properly mentioned, and their agenda is properly stated by
mentioning what topic each team member is going to present.

Started with a smile which is good and gave a positive vibe about the presentation.

In ppt I liked the way each line is coming while they presenting that line is good that clearly enable us to
focus on their current line or topic they are presenting.

A very good use of hand notes that helps him not to rush things and have a look at it whenever he needs
some help, he can look at it.

I did see some using of filler words while presenting he can get rid of them by practising more like doing
demo presentations.

Alec

He did a good transition by thanking the previous teammate.

I observed that he is slightly oriented towards one side while doing presentation that indicated he is not
facing the audience. He can get better engagement with the audience by facing them directly like
standing in direct to the audience.

Wilfred
I observed that he is repeating the sentences again and again that feels he is a bit nervous he can avoid
it by doing demo presentation and ask someone in his team to help him with better understanding of
the topic and how can he remember it in a simple way.

Good pacing and maintained good eye contact and the use of hand notes is good to enable him to
remind if he struck in some part while speaking. And he perfectly faced the audience instead of orienting
towards a side that will help audience to look at him and focus on what he is speaking.

Paul
I felt the transition is good but while presenting he kept his one hand in his pocket that is not
giving good impression to audience instead, he can avoid it using his both hands to make some
hand gestures that will help audience to engage in a presentation..
He is a bit oriented towards side while presenting, that is keeping him to not make eye contact
with the audience. He can avoid it by standing in 180 degrees to the audience.
