Viewer. Currently, Co-founder FRAUD Psychic Remote Viewer Dr. Hal Puthoff is working
with Tom DeLonge seeking $20 MILLION FROM INVESTORS in ROUND 3 FUNDING, all
investor filings are on file at SEC’s EDGAR online system.
TTSA now claims it is only an “Entertainment” company, it has dropped any name or
pretense of using the name SCIENCE as it did before, using it to raise money from investors.
This time, it’s all about Entertainment, baby! TTSA has relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Logically, and under U.S. Laws, TTSA cannot have it ‘both ways,’ since they still have
two FRAUD Psychic Remote Viewers as Co-Founders on their Board forming this Troika with
Tom DeLonge, - this is Jim Semivan and Hal Puthoff. By their own claims and boasts, all
these incredible ‘psychics' have to now do, is use their amazing powers to see what will
happen, and “REMOTE VIEW” the dates and locations when and where TTSA investors will
ever see their money back - specifically those defrauded in the FIRST TWO ROUNDS of
TTSA’s fundraising.
TTSA’s current incarnation and Round 3 fund raising seeking $20 million in money from
stockholder investors, now rebooting themselves as strictly an "Entertainment company,” these
are not in scope of these Whistleblower Briefs. Instead, these facts are only being mentioned
because they are materially relevant to SEC, IRS and other official entities and investigators,
as per legally protected Whistleblower telephonic discussions.
To recap: TTSA broke many laws by defrauding investors with wild, unsubstantiated claims
in public, in media and in TV broadcasts and videos they wholly or partially produced, doing
everything from using stockholder money to buy FAKE “Roswell UFO crash debris,” to claiming
to be researching and developing revolutionary propulsion tech so they can go “To The Stars.”
TTSA continues to lie to the world and its investors when it claims that for nearly a decade
Lue Elizondo ran the Pentagon’s AATIP UFO Program. TTSA has failed to tell its investors
about Pentagon’s written/published denials against Elizondo. TTSA engaged in material
deception by deliberately omitting the fact that two of its co-founders (Puthoff, Semivan) are
FRAUD Psychic Remote Viewers as is Lue Elizondo, TTSA’s FRAUD “Pentagon UFO Director
for nearly a decade.” This data is easily verifiable, ask the Pentagon, here’s the evidence.

Fig. 19: This NYT article was a global sensation, earning the newspaper millions of dollars
exactly when its online revenues were falling after years of flatlining. Revenues soared in
one year, fueled in no small part by brazen fraud in their “reporting” of this specific story,
which is one of the most sensational and brazenly fraudulent “investigative reporting”
stories NYT has ever published. It was written by Leslie Kean, who physically touches
ghosts; Ralph Blumenthal, promoter of exposed “Alien Abduction” Harvard Psychologist Dr.
John Mack. Kean is a UFO extremist, was involved with Alien Abduction author Budd Hopkins.

NYT article was a worldwide sensation. It was co-written by UFO extremist and “Ghost CONtactee”
Leslie Kean, who says she can contact ghosts at will. One can easily Google her boasts of a ghost
using its HAND to TOUCH HER. Leslie Kean is a UFO Belieber extremist researcher groupie of
FRAUD “Missing Time” Alien Abduction UFO author, Budd Hopkins. Hopkins wrote bestselling
books pushing in U.S. culture, today’s now entrenched ideas that “Missing Time” occurs when
people see UFOs because they’re being abducted. Whitley Streiber’s #1 book Communion is the
most famous example of an alien abduction story. Below: False claims made by TTSA re Elizondo.

Capable Leslie Kean, while claiming other “UFO Disclosure” personalities were crazy.

because it is true, Lue Elizondo and TTSA’s claims that he was the “Director” of any Pentagon
UFO program. There was no such program, no such budget, ergo Elizondo was never
its’ “Director” for “nearly a decade.” This is consumer, investor, media and public fraud!

about Lue Elizondo, a fact which persists to date. TTSA deliberately omits the fact that Elizondo
is a FRAUD Psychic Remote Viewer, as are TTSA co-founders Hal Puthoff and Jim Semivan.
