implementing TQM in the organizations listed below:

a. Hotel  Lack of Implementing the Hotel


Standard Operating Procedure - Lack
of implementation of procedure leads to
disorder, which causes stressed-out
team members who are dissatisfied at
work and will consequently perform
below standard. The hotel sector is one
where there is always room for
improvement and where fashions are
always shifting. We can only do our
best, remain current, and consistently
apply and update SOPs. Team
members have the chance to excel
when they are aware of the exact
requirements. When a process is
written out step-by-step and followed
consistently, there is no reason why a
capable and motivated team member
cannot become an expert at the task.
Standard procedures offer
predictability.
 Neglecting the Standards of Hotel
Terminology and Symbols- one of the
most significant aspects of hotels has
always been their terminology and
symbols, which has a major impact on
the experience of guests. Informing
hotel personnel or employees about the
services has always been its objective.
However, each industry has its unique
jargon that not everyone in the field is
familiar with. Whether you're an expert
event planner, a hotel sales manager,
or in any other position where
communication with people outside
your field is necessary, having a shared
vocabulary is important.
