RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE OFFICE OF COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CDA)

REGION 10 TO GRANT JASAAN COCONUT FARMERS MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE
(JACOFAMCO) A UNIT OF LAPTOP.

WHEREAS, Cooperative are directed by CDA and other government offices to embrace
Digitalization in the submission of online reports;

WHEREAS, JACOFAMCO is in need of Laptop, printer, internet connection and other IT devices for
communication purposes;

WHEREAS, the BOD found the request beneficial to the cooperative;

WHEREAS, the BOD of JACOFAMCO unanimously approved to request Laptop to the office of
CDA Region X;

THEREFORE, let this resolution be given favorable consideration.
