A RESOLUTION FOR DESIGNATION OF MR. PHILLIP J. DELIMA AND MR. JECTOFER A. TAOC TO
CONDUCT PRE MEMBERSHIP EDUCATION SEMINAR (PMES) IN BEHALF OF THE EDUCATION
COMMITTEE (EDCOM).

WHEREAS, the KACOFARMCO BOD’s designate Mr. Phillip J. Delima and Mr. Jectofer A. Taoc to
conduct orientation and present about KACOFARMCO and how to be a member:

WHEREAS, the names stated above should explain about cooperative can give to a member and what the
benefits of a member is:

WHEREFORE, upon motion of BOD Member GERALDINE J. DELIMA duly seconded by BOD member
ISAAC I DALEON, be it;

RESOLVE, as it is hereby resolved to designate the Bookkeeper Mr. Phillip J. Delima and the Manager
Jectofer A. Taoc of Kawayan Alicia Coconut Farmers Marketing Cooperative (KACOFARMCO) to conduct
the Pre Membership Education Seminar (PMES).
